If you love buttermilk biscuits and want a super easy way to make them, this delicious recipe is for you!

Why You’ll Love These Buttermilk Butter Swim Biscuits
These buttermilk biscuits have the best texture; they are fluffy on the inside with a little bit of a crust on the outside, but do have a little bit of dense nature to them too. It’s the thickness of the biscuit that soaks up the butter while baking, making for a wonderful start to the day!
If You Have…
If you have ever struggled making biscuits from scratch, this is the version to try! You don’t have to roll out the dough, cut out biscuits, or knead it. You just stir it up and pour it into the pan, and the dough will be wet, not dry like typical biscuit dough. You also don’t want to overwork the dough.
This Recipe Makes..
This recipe makes 9 delicious biscuits! You can serve them with honey, your favorite jelly or jam, or for a real treat, make us some sausage gravy and pour it over an open biscuit. Delicious! Biscuits are so versatile and these are great with just about any meal.
