❤️WHY WE LOVE THIS RECIPE

Two things we love about this recipe is how easy it is and how delicious! These little treats come together quickly, and they are perfect for any occasion. Plus, they are only a few ingredients and that is always a good thing. You can make these in no time, and the sweet and salty is so good! They are wonderful around the holiday season as well but we enjoy them year round.

SWAPS & ADDITIONS

We love these with peanuts but you can use any nut you prefer. Cashews would be delicious. You could also add coconut to these too. This is a versatile recipe.

⭐TIP

If they don’t get hard quick enough you can put them in the refrigerator for a bit. It will help the process. We store these in an air tight container.

• 1/3 cup of brown sugar
• 1/3 cup of butter
• 1 14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla
• 1.5 – 2 sleeves of Ritz Crackers
• 3 tablespoons of milk
• 1 cup of peanuts

• Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place Ritz crackers on sheet. In a saucepan combine sweetened condensed milk, butter and brown sugar.

• Cook over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes. Reduce heat and mix in milk, vanilla and peanuts.

• Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until mixture is thick. This may take longer depending on how hot the mixture is.

• Drop spoonfuls of mixture on each cracker.

• Let cookies fully cool. Store in an airtight container.
