It’s Election Day here in the United States. And no matter your political views, there’s one universal truth we can all agree on—we’re stressed out and feeling tense. Between doomscrolling on our cell phones and the daily grind, it’s as if we’ve been carrying the weight of the world on our shoulders. And we’ve got the stiff necks and tension headaches to prove it.
